Biography: 

I was born of tantric parents, and I quickly understood the preciousness of a free-flowing energy and an open heart. I observed the richness of evolution that Tantra offers. Young adult, I felt a strong interest in reading Margot Anand. I trained with SkyDancing Tantra in France and in the United States. I also got influenced by my experiences of the ManKind Project, Vipassana meditation, sophrology, Kundalini yoga and Non Violent Communication.

I love to create spaces of blossoming and transformation for participants. The framework I embody invites self-observation, a catalyst for healing and fulfillment. My proposals allow for this exploration in serenity, at the pace of each individual.

What touches me the most are the varied testimonies of the participants on their transformation. As a teacher, I see myself as a stage director who provides the fertile conditions for exploration. I don't guide towards something expected; I simply pose the practice proposal, provide the framework and support for an inherently individual experience. It is the observation of oneself, the feeling and not the doing that sustains the process. The transformation, deeply personal, remains unpredictable. It comes from within when we make room for it outside.

I have at heart to make the Tantra community grow wherever it is not yet imagined. I bridge the gap between different teaching communities around the world. I love the diversity of teaching colors, sharing teaching opportunities, and complementing teachers from all walks of life.
